A Meaty Spring Break

I spent the majority of my spring break in gorgeous Columbia, Missouri with my fiance and friends. Probably the best day of the week was Thursday, St. Patrick’s Day, and most importantly, Meat Day. Stuart used his meat smoker to prepare 2 racks of ribs and a beer chicken. Ben made corned beef and cheese/meat-stuff jalapeno peppers. YUM! We also had some delicious Boulevard Imperial Stout.
